Bella Dōna Cocktail Bar is an excellent addition to any type of event for all ages. We cater to engagement parties, bridal showers, wedding showers, baby showers, birthday parties (for adults & kids), weddings, holiday parties, graduations, bar/bat mitzvahs, and more!

A standard Bella Dōna Cocktail Bar rental includes the truck at your location, setup of your kegged beverages, drink labels/tap tags, 12-ounce cups up to 150 people, and an extension cord. Decor, personalization, attendants and bartenders are available as add-ons. Visit our Pricing page for more details. 

Bella Dōna's home is in Flemington, NJ and travel up to 30 miles is included. We charge a fee of $5 for each additional mile, plus tolls (if required). 

We require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your custom proposal, along with a signed contract in order to reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due 7 days prior to your reserved date. 

Due to NJ laws & regulations, Bella Dōna Cocktail Bar is not allowed to purchase or sell alcohol at your event. It is the client's responsibility to provide the alcohol. 

Nope! In addition to beer, wine, Prosecco and kegged cocktails, we can keg and serve cocktails, juices, carbonated beverages, cold brew coffee, or any other chilled beverage of choice. 

Yes. Ice is not provided. It is the client's responsibility to provide ice for the duration of the event. 

Typically, if your event is held on private property, you will not need to secure a permit. If you are hosting an event at a public venue, it is the client's responsibility to secure any required permits. 

Yes. We carry general liability insurance. A copy can be provided upon request. 

The truck is 5-feet wide, 9-feet long, and 6-feet high. We require a designated power outlet within 100 feet of the truck's location. If an outlet is not available, our generator is available for an additional fee. 

Absolutely not! We will arrive at least one hour prior to your event (depending on the decor and supplies we are providing) in order to setup and will require one hour after the event to break down. 

Once setup is complete, no additional assistance is provided during the event. We can provide an attendant or bartender(s) to help facilitate the flow of drinks from the truck or mixed beverage service for an additional fee. 

Adding on a bartender to your event is always a crowd pleaser! This will include one bartender for the duration of your rental with a bar setup and bar supplies. Additional bartenders can be added as needed for an additional fee. 

Should your package include the bartender add-on, tips are not included. Tips for bartenders are not required, but always appreciated!
